Entry Requirements

The qualification has been designed to be accessible without artificial barriers that restrict access. In order to enrol for this programme, applicants must be aged 18 years or over. There are few other criteria as well, please see below:

  • A level 6 Diploma in Human Resource Management qualification;
  • Learners holding Level 7 Diploma in any other discipline and has some work experience and wishes to focus on Human Resource Management,
  • In the case of applicants whose first language is not English, then IELTS 6 (or equivalent) is required.

Progression

The Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management is about preparing you for employment and/or progressing to the next level. The successful completion of this qualification alone does not lead to a regulated qualification but may be used as evidence of knowledge and skills gained. The modules completed may be also used as evidence towards Recognition of Prior Learning if the learners plan their further studies in this stream.
